About Utsav- Celebrate Womanhood in Thillai Ganga nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai

UTSAV means Celebration in Sanskrit. Only people with healthy mind and body can celebrate their life every day.

Pregnancy being an important phase in every woman’s life, UTSAV offers UTSAV -NAV, a series of pregnancy / childbirth education classes at Nanganallur. These classes talk about changes during and after pregnancy, diet & exercises in pregnancy, how to handle labor, breastfeeding, infant care basics and more.
Pregnant mothers can start attending these classes after 20 weeks. Expectant fathers are also encouraged to attend these sessions.

These classes are conducted by Mrs. K. Amba, a Certified Childbirth Educator(CBi-USA),Certified Fitness Consultant and Physiotherapist.
