Operationally, Sharp Security works to a flat hierarchical structure, according to specific areas of remit and responsibility led by Managing Director, with office staff that includes an Operations Manager, Personnel Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance and Quality Manger and a Business Development and contracts Manager. Our flat hierarchy ensures employee empowerment and encourages peer support and cohesion.

Security Service

Sharp Security is highly experienced in guard personnel, providing cover 24-hours a day, 365-days a year. Our uniformed officers in liveried patrol vehicles will visit and inspect premises at regular or random intervals to match your specific requirements - regardless of whether this is a long-term requirement, single event or emergency staff at very short notice. Using the latest communications systems, our officers provide a prompt and efficient response to the protection of property against intruders and unwanted visitors. Our objective is to provide the highest level of manned guarding services in the most effective manner.
We used to select our guards/officers after through pre-post investigation of their antecedents, required minimum educational qualification and physic from ex – Serviceman/Civilians, they would be trained by our Armed & Un – Armed Guards for minimum 15 days on job training in our Training hall be our well Trainers team,

‘CROWD MONITERING’, ‘TRAFFIC & PARKING MANAGEMENT OF VEHICLES’, ‘FIRE FIGHTING’, ‘ FIRST AID’ ‘ WATCH & WARD SERVICES’ and ‘INTEGRETED FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES’ also.

As we are doing business maximum with Government bodies / Government aided Universities / Institutions, Departments, Defense Organizations and Public & Private Limited Companies also.
