Our excellent security force consists the filtered personalities from our regular & Ex Servicemen forces. They are highly qualified and under gone for excusive training in security administration, fire fighting, first aid practice, vigilance and extra-ordinary activities. Also we have prepared our work

RECRUITMENT OF PEOPLE

•We Recruit. The people from outside Chennai/ Out of Chennai/ with valued reference for their trust worthy.

•We offer free accommodation and a food on concession rate to the security personal for inviting their concentration on duty worthy.

•We ensure that it is mandatory for all the security personal are trained in Fire Fighting and First Aid with the following recommended certification course.

•A line demonstration and safety awareness program on fire fighting conducted by exports and first aid certificate courses conducted by a repeated organization.

•A continuity training program is arranged locally in the Clientele units by our trained staff for preparing the readiness at any point of time.

•We Organize a parade followed by a security cancelling preferable on holidays within our group security in charge whop is possessing two wheelers with a mobile phone for communication and a petty cash would be immediate rescue for the clients unit over come any eventuality of any nature of during its operations.

•We achieve 100% attendance of the security personal through enhancing the staff welfare such tea & conveyance allowances and motive them for a higher grade by assessing their service records in all respects.

•We arrange antistrike skilled staff on demand to ensure foolproof security arrangements in case of emergency to avoid any such towards incidents

•We undertake investigation pre and past employment verification of the candidates shadowing.
•Surveillance and special duties for our clients on a very nominal rate at events.





•We arrange additional manpower of armed an unnamed security on convey and escort duties driver car mechanics, house keeping maintenance, Liaison and Front office duties
by considering the requirement and level of category to fit in to the job very amicably.

OTHER TERMS

Your contract with us shall be for a minimum of twelve months. Similarly the contract is renewable at least a fortnight before the expiry of the original contract. The contract is terminable by either side by giving not less that time month's notice in writing.

We arrange to post its security personnel, who will be in our uniform, at such posts and in such manner as instructed by you to ensure the patrolling of the specified are of your establishment / Estate / Company / Factory all through the 24 hours in a day, checking exit / entry of personnel,
material and transport to prevent pilferage, loss etc.


There will be a rotation of PANKAJ SECURITY personnel to prevent them from developing friendship with the workmen or other staff of the establishment.

Our Inspection personnel will always be on their toes will be making unscheduled surprise checks a time of the day night to ensure alertness of our personnel and if any of them is found negligent or otherwise found wanting he shall immediately be replaced.

We shall be permitted to use your telephone to keep in touch with your management / Our Headquarters for the purpose of communication connected with security and any mishaps such as fire, accidents etc., whenever required.

PANKAJ SECURITY deployed should not be engaged in any work other that security and relate work, no compensation, gift or rewards of any kind for any good or exemplary work done by our staff to them, without prior intimation to us.

Our bills for each month shall be submitted on the first day the next succeeding month which shall be payable within 5 days from the date of receipts thereof.

All the members of our security force shall be the employees of PANKAJ SECURITY only and not of your company / Establishment to any extent.

Any dispute / disagreement arising out of this contract shall be subject CHENGLEPET Jurisdiction.

In the event of loses occurring, all the losses should be reported to police and FTR got to be registered. We will also investigate along with the management and shall also co-operative with the police for their investigations.

Canteen, accommodation facilities if any, should be extended to our security staff while on duty on subsidized rates.
