About Art n Soul - A Centre for Creative Expression in R-4, 14th Street, Anna nagar, Chennai

We explore creativity and the arts as a catalyst of healing and therapy. We firmly believe that exercising creativity is a healthy and therapeutic endeavor. But art, and creativity, can come in an endless amount of forms and media. This is what makes art wonderful.

The workshops use the mediums of painting, drawing, montage, sculpture, crafts, dance, singing, theater, music, games, reading, writing, and any other practices that allow for creation and self-expression.
