BVS is set in a comfortable homely space surrounded by a soothing grove. In a time when modern amenities were not available, Sri Mullakkeezhil Narayanan Vaidyar (1900- 1975), the founder of BVS had remarkably treated many diseases with his enduring skills. He followed a system of medicine which was based on the science of Ayurveda combined effortlessly with the traditional Kerala medicine, making BVS to stand apart.
