This short note provides an overview of our Villas and neighborhood aiming to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Our Villas are located on the beautiful Candolim Beach in North Goa, an area that is known equally for its serene beaches and buzzing shops and exciting restaurants.

We have two Villa options for you to choose from depending on the size and needs of your travel group:

1) Villa Serena (2 Bedrooms With Private Terrace & Jacuzzi)
Villa Serena can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 Double Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms. The Villa is a Duplex with the Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, One Bedroom and Bathroom on the Ground Floor. On the First Floor is the Master Bedroom with an Ensuite Bathroom, spacious Balcony and a Terrace fitted with Sun Beds and an outdoor state of the art Jacuzzi. Both the Bedrooms and Living Room are fully Air Conditioned. The Living Room hosts a 40-inch LED TV with Tata Sky HD/Recorder. The Living Room also opens up into an enclosed outdoor area that is perfect for relaxed conversations befitting of Villa Serena.


2) Villa Tranquila (3 Bedroom Facing the Swimming Pool)
Villa Tranquila can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 Double Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms. The Villa is a Duplex with the Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, One Bedroom and Bathroom on the Ground Floor. The First Floor hosts 2 Bedrooms each equipped with Ensuite Bathrooms and private spacious Balconies. All the Bedrooms as well as the Living Room are fully air-conditioned. Each of the upstairs Bedrooms have TVs and there is a 40-inch Samsung LED TV in the Living Room for your viewing pleasure. Villa Tranquila is unique in terms of layout with an exemplary standard of accommodation and a contemporary design.

Location Location Location – that’s the USP of our Villas! We are located in Alcon Holiday Village which is a serene beachfront development in North Goa. All that stands between the Villas and the stunning Candolim beach is a short one minute walk. In addition, Delfinos supermarket is directly opposite the complex gate so stocking up on your personal groceries & wines is efficient and super convenient.

The best restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife of North Goa are around the corner and there are shopping options in abundance. Landmark restaurants such as Calamari, Chocolatti, Bomras are all just minutes away from the Villas.

•Ashwem/Morjim beach is 30 mins away
•Panjim City is 25 mins away
•Anjuna market is 20 mins away

Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is 1400 hours and checkout is 1100 hours. If you require an early check-in or late checkout please check with us before booking your travel arrangements. We are normally flexible unless we have a same day check in. We will require copies of a valid government-issued ID for all guests staying in the Villa.
