We use to set the production plants keeping optimisation of fuel economy and economical optimum production. We design the process plant as per your specific requirements. Our work is - designing, manufacturing of plant components, erection, trials, standardisation of process parameters and training to the staff.

We manufacture the components of process plant in Ghaziabad (U.P.) and in Delhi.
We use the instruments, machineries inputs manufactured by India’s most trusted manufacturers.

We deal in the following-

1-Esential oil extraction from aromatic herbs- flowers, leaves, seeds, stems, roots,
2-Rectification of raw oil,
3-Fractional vacuum distillation of essential oils to get its various isolates,

We have designed efficient condensers, continuous in-line oil/water separators, reaction vessels, batch and continuous fractional distillation units, herbs disintegrators, dry mass pulverisers, wet herbs grinders, rolling machine to press herbs, dhoop batties extruders, etc.

For an aromatic/medicinal herb, if it is new to us, we shall require a proper size of sample to set the operating parameters for best results.

We can also take the erection of the process plant on turnkey basis.

We take this opportunity at this moment to introduce our new line oil/water separator to essential oils extraction units. It is many times better from traditionally used oil water separator. The oil in fine droplets form is setteled and separated while in moving position very slowly in a long decanting column. The actual dimensions of the separator can be fabricated as per the available space and requirement.
