We are team UpToDate Books. We are a team of professional Bookkeepers having combined experience of more than 5 years as Outsourced Bookkeeper.

We don't believe in making Money. We believe in Growing Relationships, which won't make money for us but will surely generate revenue for us.

We simply believe in keeping Financials of our Business partner UpToDate at any point of time, when we say any point of time that means predefined time based on the needs and requirement of our partners.

For example: eCommerce business needs reconciliations quite frequently, so for them UpToDate by means having every thing UpToDate everyday or by any second day.

For businesses such as web developers, event managers and any other service providers it can be a weekly reconciliation, but most importantly receivables should be managed quite efficiently.

We are completely focused on Bookkeeping services such as:

- GST and VAT Reconciliation,

All the above services are re-designed based on the need and requirement of our Business partners.

It is up to our Business Partner when they would like to see their reports. However we force them to look at their financial on weekly basis so that Receivables and Payable can be managed efficiently. Rest is up to their needs.

Once we are into relationship with our Business partner the first step would be to understand their Business structure and the people who are managing Business.

Why we understand Business structure is to understand what they do, how they do and who do what. So that proper flow chart of activities can be managed.

Why we understand people who manage the business is to understand what they do, how they do and most importantly what they are looking from us.

It's not only just keeping the books, we work to make your life as simple as possible so that you can focus more on your business as well as your personal life to grow your own self.

The more we understand each other the better it would be to share thoughts, analysis and ideas for better decision and improving things.

Once we have better understanding of Business structure, we review the current status of the Books and see what is UpToDate and what is pending.

We review Chart of Accounts and Receivables separately so that they can be managed efficiently and we can give any idea of improvement if needed.

Based on the review we send you an initial review email for our further queries and asking for any required information.

Once we receive the reply we create a work flow and a task list and based on that task list we keep on working as per the tasks frequency and importance.

This is how we work and rest is all up to the needs and requirement of the Client.
