About ASIA (Anandapuri Social Innovative Association) in Anadapuri Block-A,Barasat,24pgs(n), Barasat

ASIA, ANANDAPURI SOCIAL INNOVATIVE ASSOCIATION, (Regd. No- S/1L/84359 OF 2011-2012) is a new- born Organization, which is solely hypothecated to our society for making it a better place to live in. As the first initiative, we have started to work for the senior citizens of our society who are deprived of their rights and facilities in this society. While working for them, we have traced various major issues regarding their lives, happiness and sorrows.

From the Secretary’s Desk:

“We, ASIA or Anandapuri Social Innovative Association, had a plan to work for the senior citizens around us as we have felt the need to stand beside them. Sometimes, you even don’t know how the persons whom you call uncle, aunt, grandpa or grandma, are spending their days. From, this very urge, we decided to speak for them and the result of this thinking process is ASIA. Not only the senior citizens, the children deprived from basic education, the promising youth who have shattered down mentally and physically due to the curse of drug addiction and unemployment, the hygiene of the slum dwellers, the patronizing of the poor but meritorious students and talents in the fields of art, culture, our environment and Global Warming, the natural resources hidden in our society are our field of works. We want to utilize those resources and build up an eco- friendly ambience with fresh green everywhere and also want to make the people aware of their utilities. At present, there is a huge lack of humanity amidst the common people and for this reason, our society in panting desperately. I think, our thinking, our works and activities will provide the oxygen to this society.”
