Dear Friends,
This is some thing we would like to share with you on, today the 19th of December 2010, that from many years LHCH has been staying in a rented room, and never had a Home of our own. And recently, we have received news that the lease on our present rented premises for the Home in Bangalore will not be renewed and it is a matter of utmost concern. We will have to vacate our present premises by April 2012 and the Home will be forced to re-locate along with the children. As such, we have decided that a long term solution be found for the sake of the children’s development and have identified an area on the outskirts of the city that we are planning to acquire.

The estimated cost of acquisition and construction of the new children’s home will be around Rs. 90, 00,000 lakhs which is a significant cost for our LHCH to bear. As our current revenue has been mostly tied up for operational sustenance, whatever is left goes to the building fund which will not be sufficient when the lease of our current premises ends in April 2012.

Please help us to help these children have a DREAM HOME. However even a small amount can go a very long way in funding our Non - profit Charitable Organization. A person’s Charity is not measured by the amount he contributes, but rather by the genuineness of the intent.
