Maple Bear™ Yelahanka offers full day structured program for various age groups from 18 months to 8 year old children.

STANDARD PROGRAMS

TODDLER:

The minimum age for admission at this level is 18 months.

In the toddler years, children begin to experiment on a more advanced level than at the infant stage. Their range of motor skills increases, and they begin to progress to a higher cognitive level. Toddlers learn with their entire bodies – they move about constantly, touching everything, experiencing all things, and solving problems on a physical level. Their language skills are rapidly developing. The “job” of a toddler is to develop his/her self-help skills while pushing for separateness and independence. As a result, toddlers are constantly testing limits.


NURSERY JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN SENIOR KINDERGARTEN:

Maple Bear™ Pre School program is modeled upon current Canadian early childhood practice. The program is designed to educate the whole child, physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Integration of subjects provides a rich and stimulating program which encourages creativity, imagination and self-expression.

Maple Bear™ Pre School is a secure environment where risk-taking is encouraged and where the children see themselves as capable and competent learners Diverse learning styles and stages of development are respected at all times.

Maple Bear™ Pre School is an exciting place where children develop a positive self-image and are encouraged to be true to themselves and to their heritage. A priority of the child-centered program at Maple Bear™ is Language Arts. Children will not only learn how to read but will also develop a love of reading which is a skill for life. Reading is an enabler which opens the door to all learning. Your child will, in this way, gain confidence and acquire the skills needed to become a life-long learner.

DAY CARE PROGRAM:

Maple Bear™ day care program has been designed keeping in mind the physical, social, intellectual, creative and emotional needs of the child (age appropriate). The program takes care of all the aspects of development in children and helps children in their holistic growth. Day care program of Maple Bear™ offers it as a value added service in a structured and detailed manner available for both its own enrolled children needs as well as other kids coming from various schools.

Therefore it poses an opportunity in providing access to children from Non Maple Bear Schools some of the unique experiences that are core pillars of Maple Bear education system.

UNIQUE PROGRAMS

MOMS AND TOTS:
Targets those mother/parent who prefer full participation at this early years level of learning with their childrenand perhaps those who want to know what is going on in the school prior to full registration

Mother/parent is active participants in the program.

Goal: For mothers/parents to understand the importance of continuing education outside the classroom and in their homes, while learning the techniques involved

THEMATIC SUMMER CAMPS:

Maple Bear™ is unique in its offering of thematic summer camps ranging from themes like Dinosaurs, Trees, etc for age group ranging from 2 to 8 year old children. Some themes could be expanded for higher age group till 10 years of age.
