It was generally believed that the benefits of modern technology had been restricted to farmers with large land-holdings. Yet the fact remains that even small farmers are adopting and utilizing selected farm equipments like Mini Tillers, Inter-Cultivators, Power-Tillers, and Power Sprayers etc. for efficient farm management. These mechanical equipments are used for various farm operations like tillage, sowing, irrigation, plant protection and threshing etc are generally being used by the farming community with small land holdings.
