The mission of Radice-Edu is to provide world class affordable tutoring services. Radice-Edu method is unique; it is centered on scientifically analyzing student’s progress in learning and providing real time actionable feedback.
Radice methods are not replacements for teacher oriented class room based traditional teaching methods. It augments traditional methods and enables students to improve their weak areas and master their strong areas. Usually teachers handle more than 25 students in their class rooms, and it is not possible to provide a very granular level feedback about each student’s performance apart from giving feedback at higher level. If a student receives a feedback that he or she is weak in mathematics, it is not providing any specific actionable feedback. But if the student receives feedback that he or she is weak in polynomials and trigonometry, it is very specific and actionable. Students can make plans to improve specific topics instead of shooting in the dark. Such feedback requires detailed analysis of student’s performance in tests, and such analysis requires detailed level of data capturing and sophisticated ways to analyze data. Current schools system does not provide such access to teachers.
Providing such feedback just once is also not very helpful. Radice system monitors student’s performance at granular level continuously and provide actionable feedback in real time. For example, the total mark can stay the same between tests. But the student may have made significant performance in one area in which the student performed very poorly in the first test. The mark remained the same in spite of the progress in that area due to addition of a new area in which the student is weak. RADICE system can identifies such granular level details as part of its analysis. Such detailed feedback is required in order for the student to make an improvement plan based on feedback.

Teachers can analyze their student’s data from a past few months and only in a limited number of higher level skills. But RADICE software captures every action of every student, every answer provided by the students, and the time spend in answering each and every question. RADICE software creates a very detailed feedback from all the data it captures.

Learning and Test Preparations are related but it is not the same concept. Regular schools are focused on learning and entrance coaching centers arefocused on Test Preparations. Learning at school alone is not enough to pass the entrance examination or score high marks at school tests. It also requires focused test preparations. Test preparation process is a three legged stool; it has three equally important aspects: Assessment, Learn & Track and Practice.
• Assessment: This is the first step in test preparation. This includes identifying the skills that are tested in a specific test and assessing your expertise in each of these skills. This will help you to make a plan to improve your weak areas and master your strong areas.
• Learn and Track: This is the second aspect in test preparation. After learning the skills required in the test, they also need to learn questions frequently asked in tests and common problem solving techniques. They also need to track their progress, and track the improvements in time management.
• Practice and Practice: Students need to practice more and more. Only practice can make things perfect.
