. No cancellations once booked...

. When you book something from an online launch and we reserve it for you, we are denying the request of many others who ask for it.
We block it for you under the confidence that you will keep to your word and go ahead with the order.
But not responding to messages thereafter, is something that actually puts us in trouble.
So, please do not block or order stuff if you are not sure of going ahead with the order.
If you have problems in transferring within the stipulated time, just let us know. We have always responded positively to such requests.

. Booking will only come into effect with payments.

. Color may slightly vary due to lighting effects on professional pics

. Please check things at the time of delivery only...Inform asap with the pic...

. No requests shall be entertained after 12 hours of receiving the stuff

. Most imp... We don't take cancellation once booked u have to pay.

. In case of any defect or wrong parcel.. We will replace it...(we will send to u that ordered one..otherwise no refund)....... But pls make sure the return is made within 24 hours...(by sharing proper tracking details and parcel's photograph). After that no responsibility

. we sometimes share courier slips and sometimes don't .. It's on your part to track it. In case of any problem we are there to help but not track it on daily basis.

. No cancellation or return on pretext of courier getting late... The courier company is not owned by us ...

. No cash on delivery facilities available. Payment through account transfer online only.For cash deposits Rs.150 extra BANK CHARGES which had to be bared by customers only

. After sending the payment the material stock is not available.. We will refund the payment to your account

. Last but not the least.. Each customer is very important to us.
