Penguin is a fully WiFi multi-functioning restaurant app that can manage queue, helps in taking paper free orders and generates real-time KOTs for respective kitchens. This application generates table wise billing automatically and shows detailed report periodically. This is fully user driven application where user can easily update or modify food items and categories. Best thing about this app is every hardware used is portable, fully Wi-Fi with built-in rechargeable batteries. it contains thermal printers, token display panel, tablets and Wi-Fi router.

It serves Four main modules of the restaurant like Captain, Queue, Kitchen and Admin/Cashier.

Captain:

• Manages table and take customer order on WiFi Tablet
• Takes quick orders with super-fast searching option on tablet
• Generates KOTs in respective kitchens through WiFi Printer
• Sends real-time notification to Admin, queue manager or kitchen head to exchange any information.
• Handles parcel orders by generating KOT thought WiFi Tablet
• Updates table status to occupied or freed, helping Queue Manager and Admin for customer management

Queue Manager:

• Nearly perfect waiting time allocation through artificial intelligence integration
• Allocates token number print to customer through WiFi thermal Printer
• Displays allocated number on WiFi Token display
•Handles Parcel order by raising KOTs through WiFi printer

Kitchen Manager:

• Handles food preparation cycle as per Captain Order on the tablet as well as through KOT prints on easy to move portable and WiFi printer
• Arrange food preparation as per table wise or item wise order, that saves preparation time
• Updates food preparation status to “In Progress”, “Ready to Serve”, etc.

Admin/Cashier:

• Tracks order time to maintain efficiency and manage resources
• Makes bill automatically without any manual entry
• Analyze performance through different reports like Sales report, Turnover report, Top customer report and many more
• He add and deletes menu categories and category items and schedules for the date it need to be applicable from
• Receives alerts immediately if any device disconnected or fails
• Works as a manual billing system if required
