Philosophy

Yogic Science visualizes all human beings as a union of five bodies collectively called ‘Pancha-Kosha’ (the five body sheaths). Yogic masters believe that the human body becomes prone to diseases when there is an imbalance among these five sheaths. By adopting the yogic way of life we focus on achieving the balance of Pancha-Kosha resulting in a healthy body and a spiritual mind.

Yoga Guru Dheeraj Vashistha:
Once a journalist with leading TV channels, he is now a Hatha & Ashtanga Power Yoga Guru. His teaching blends the ancient yogic art with modern scientific approach. He focuses on making the practice easy for people at every life stage. His teaching focuses not only on physical body, but on the broader concept of ‘samasthi’ of Human body, mind and soul.
