PAYROLL SERVICES:

For your payroll administration we work with a monthly all-in fee, so your monthly costs are conveniently arranged. Interim movements for new employees or leaving employees for instance are not charged extra. Also included are your monthly tax return and the submission of the yearly summary statements of wages and salaries to the Tax Department and Directorate of labor.

We apply the following procedure:

1. The payroll information (employee's information, hours, and salaries) is submitted by e-mail in an Excel sheet designed for your enterprise.

2. Subsequently, the information is processed electronically in Payroll Pro, after which you will receive the so-called 'pre-check' by e-mail (or by fax) for verification. This takes place within 24 hours after receipt of the information.

3. Any changes are processed, after which you will receive the final payroll (salary slips) by e-mail (or fax).

4. In addition to the payroll, you will receive a statement of the wage tax and social insurance contributions to be paid, the journal entry for salaries, specifications of deductions, bank files (which you forward to your bank for an automatic transfer of the salaries), any other report you may desire.
