Located in the urban yet peaceful town of Porvorim just 5 kilometres (~3 miles) across the river Mandovi from the capital Panjim, Urba Luxury Service Apartments offers 11 beautiful 1BHK (Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen) units that are ideal for couples, traveling businessmen and visiting tourists alike.

Each of our rooms are unique, and themed after each of the 11 Talukas of Goa.

Enjoy a relaxing night in our cosy spacious air-conditioned bedrooms complete with custom handmade quilts and comfy mattresses. There are two balconies in each room fitted with stainless steel designer railings and authentic teak-wood deckchairs where you can sit, have a drink and enjoy the Goan air.

Taking a minimalist approach, wall-hung fittings have been used in the bathroom, making your shower space spacious (compared to average bathrooms in Goa). We have also used water-saving faucets and solar heating panels, so you can enjoy a shower fit for royalty with our luxury shower panels (try the amazing massage water-jets) without feeling guilty!

If you are tired of eating out, dish it out in our lovely kitchen. All units have the basic cookware you would require to cook yourself a feast. This unit comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric cooking range. You will also have sufficient cutlery for you and your guests.

Finally, the living area. Custom-made couches with soft fabric and a Tata Sky cable TV connection on our 32inch flat screen HD LED TVs, perfect for that Goan afternoon "siesta" (naptime) that you have heard about. What more could one ask for?

This building is run by a local Goan couple that have spent many years abroad (Middle-East, USA) and have decided to retire back in Goa. There are many fast-food joints (Dominoes, etc), ATMs, Clinics/Doctors just a 2-minute walk away, Goa's popular beaches (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator) just 15 minutes away and the capital of Goa (Panaji) just 4 kilometres away, this location will serve you well. (Did I mention we have on-site indoor parking with 24/7 security)
